In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an return label from our sales department. 

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 10 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping charges.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise NOT returned in its original condition and packaging.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Fragrance Mart.Net is not responsible for undelivered, unclaimed, lost, or stolen packages, unless we made an error.

If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased at Fragrance Mart.Net, you may return unopened and unused merchandise in its original condition within 10 days for a refund.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – 4 EASY STEPS TO NO HASSLE RETURNS

Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return guidelines below.

  1. Obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) by completing our web-form 
  2. Return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 10 days of receipt. 
  3. Please include a copy of your packing slip along with your RMA#.

You are responsible for return shipping charges. To ensure that we receive your return, we recommend using a method of shipment with tracking and insurance.

  • We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
  • Returned products are subject to inspection by FragranceMart.Net staff.
  • Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.

Returns will be processed and approved credits issued within five business days of receipt.
